The major shareholder of KOV is Kulczyk Investments S.A. and related companies (“KI”) who own approximately 68% of the issued and outstanding common shares of KOV. KI is an international holding company of Polish origin which takes its name from Dr. Jan Kulczyk, a Polish entrepreneur and international businessman. KI has a strong record of successful investment in the Republic of Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Total value of investments to date is approximately US$3 billion with core holdings in brewing with strategic partners SAB Miller and in automobile marketing with strategic partner Volkswagon-Audi. Key sectors for investment going forward will be in energy, infrastructure, real estate and financial services.

The "Board of Directors" is equivalent to the Supervisory Board and the "Executive Officers" are equivalent to the Management Board typical to companies incorporated in Poland.
