Jock Macdonald Graham

Mr. Graham, a Professional Geologist and a member of the Alberta Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists, has been Executive Vice President of the Company since February 2006 and prior to that was a consultant to the Company from March 2005. He worked as a consultant to several oil and gas operators from February 2003 to March 2005. From November 2001 to February 2003 he was Operations Manager for Lundin Oil in Libya and Technical Director for Vostok Oil, a Lundin Oil affiliate, in Tomsk, Russia. Mr. Graham was the Vice President and Country Manager of Cabre Maroc Limited, based in Morocco from October, 1997 to November 2001 and the Vice President of Cabre Exploration Cyprus Limited from October 1996 to October 1997. Prior to this, he was Vice President Exploration of Coplex Exploration, based in Tasmania, Australia from January 1995 to October 1996 and Vice President and Country Manager of Coplex Colombia based in Bogota Colombia from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Science (honours) in geology from St. Francis Xavier University, Canada in 1982. Mr. Graham is a director of Loon Energy Corporation.
