Edwin Andrew Beaman

Mr. Beaman, a Professional Engineer and member of the Alberta Association of Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists, has been Vice President, Operations and Engineering for the Company since October 2007 and has held the same office in Loon Energy Corporation, through a shared services agreement, since December 2008. Before that he was a consultant to the Company since April 2007 and prior to that, he was Vice President Production of TUSK since November, 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Beaman was Vice President Production and Engineering of TUSK Energy Inc. from January 1998 to November 2004; was Vice President and Director of Bonavista Petroleum Ltd., a public oil and gas company with operations in Canada from February 1997 to November 1997 and was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascentex Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company with operations in Canada from January 1989 to February 1997. Mr. Beaman graduated with a Bachelor of Science – Engineering (Geological) from the University of Manitoba, Canada in 1974.
